Gym Class

BOOTCAMP

BOOTCAMP  is an intense 45 minute class that varies everytime you come in.  No 2 classes are the same, this way it stays fun and exciting for you and your body never gets used to the program. 

M-W-TH 6:15 P.M.

Outdoor Aerobics

TABATA CLASS

Tabata class is a short, intense workout designed for someone who doesn't have a lot of time to workout during the day.  This class is only 30 minutes, but sure to get your heart pumping.
